  10. I'm getting annoyed, I ordered the usr sportster 28.8 to 33.6 upgrade 
  11. chip around mid-november. Two months later, I have still not received it.

  13. Meanwhile, my ISP uses 33.6 usrs, I have friends that have 33.6 usrs and 
  14. couriers alike.

  16. And then there's me, with the 28.8. You'd think USR would want to ship 
  17. sooner as a way of saying 'thanks for buying our modem back when we were 
  18. still shipping it with a buggy 09/02 version'.

  20. Has anyone actually received the upgrade chip. What is taking so long. 
  21. Surely if they can produce in volume for modems shipping to stores they 
  22. can spare a few additional ones for $24.95 US like they asked for.

  25. claiming oh it'll ship this week, mid-february, etc.
  26. What's the truth. Will it ever come out?
